Martin Sorenson B.sc.(hons) CSCS 

Hello ...

I am Martin Sorenson, a Personal Fitness Coach with over 20 years experience in fitness training and working within

the fitness industry.

My unique service offers Personal Coaching sessions direct to your home, or chosen location. My personal training

van is a 'gym on wheels' and comes to you, hassle free with all the equipment supplied.  

The areas I cover include Chichester, Southbourne and Gosport.

Allow me to take all the fuss out of your schedule. I can work with you, at the time that suits you best, to deliver a personalised workout that fits in perfectly with your lifestyle.

 

Save yourself the time and trouble of getting to and from the Gym or the added expense of kitting out your home with fitness equipment that takes up all the room.

When you put your personal fitness in my hands you will be training with a Personal Fitness Coach who has extensive experience and who is fully fully qualified to work with people of any age, ability or level of fitness
