Save £90 when you book 10The first thing we need to do is a consultation, including a quick health assessment and a discussion about your personal needs.

We can also talk about dietary manipulation - in other words, getting you eating right.

Before we get into the physical personal training sessions, we also need to draw up a workout protocol, tailored just for you.

Check out the pricing options below. I like to cater for the toe-dippers and the occasional customers, but you will save money if you book a package of sessions with me.

1 hour consultation

A consultation to discuss one element of training.

  • Either the health check needs and diet manipulation
  • or devising a new workout protocol.

£40 per consultation


Or book a double consultation to include both items.

£80 for both together

10-pack – save £90

Book a package of 10 sessions and you will get everything.

  • Initial consultation on diet manipulation and health check, worth £40
  • AND the consultation to devise a workout plan, worth £40
  • AND 9 additional personal training sessions worth £40 each

£350 – save £90

Single training session

Each single training session can be booked separately

  • Martin will bring the gym to you
  • One hour workout within your devised plan
  • You must have had an initial consultation before having a physical workout session.
