The initial consultation includes needs analysis, completion of a health questionnaire, establishing fitness goals, and a fitness test. From these results Martin will design a tailor made program for you to follow.
This is how I work
1 hour consultation – £40
To discuss a single element of training, eg including health check, needs anaysis and diet manipulation OR devising a new workout protocol, an hours session costs.
Nutrition consultation and devising fitness plan – £80
To discuss both the diet manipulation and to devise a new workout protocol costs.
10 personal fitness training sessions – £350
To have 10 sessions with Martin that includes all of the above and Personal coaching within training sessions costs.
